Job Description

• Project Management: Support the management of residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Schedule Management: Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities

• Team Leadership: Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment

• Safety Compliance: Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks

• Documentation: Document and report on jobsite activity including safety incidents, delays, or design concerns

• Quality Control: Support continuous improvement initiatives and professional development efforts

The Successful Applicant

• 3-8+ years of residential construction or project management experience (high-end residential preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Demonstrated ability to support projects delivered on time and within budget

• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites in Roselle and surrounding areas
