Automation Engineer

Support existing automation technology with component and process upgrades

Lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals

Handling technical communications and understanding the customers' systems Collaborating with other business units

Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Deskto, Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests for both Legacy and Next Gen Apps

Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing defects, and creating and managing defect reports

Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development

Managing the final quality on non-prod and production release

Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes

Exploring and implementing new ways of automating systems

A passion for testing, development, and design

Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding tools

Excellent designing and programming skills

Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development, GWT and experience in programming and testing

Knowledge of Java, Selenium, AWS, SauceLabs, Webservices, Cucumber, GIT, ALM and Jira, X-Ray

The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry
