Minimum 6 months Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding role supporting middle school students as a Paraprofessional on a contract assignment starting as soon as possible and continuing through June. You’ll work daily, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., within a growing educational environment dedicated to fostering student growth.

Qualifications and Credentials:

• Current and valid Paraprofessional certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Previous experience working with middle school students (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student learning and development
• Strong communication skills and a patient, positive attitude
• Must pass required background checks and meet any district-specific requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and accommodations
• Provide individualized or small-group support to students according to their educational needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and reinforce positive behaviors
• Support students’ social and emotional growth during classroom and extracurricular activities
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
