Part Time Brand Ambassador

Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring shopping experiences while driving daily sales and supporting store initiatives. This entry-level retail role focuses on customer engagement, building clientele, and delivering a consistent in-store experience aligned to brand expectations. Ambassadors support new technology and alternative purchase paths to broaden customer accessibility. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement. Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results. Utilize alternative purchasing tools and processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home. Promote product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores. Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain positive customer and team relationships. Ability to stand, walk, move for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.; operate register and perform floor duties. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel as required.
