We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join the team at our successful sports institute and training facility! As a Front Desk Associate, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, cold calls, walk-in visits and lead conversions. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness and sports performance. Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the facility
- Check the members in as they enter the facility
- Answer phone calls and assist members as needed
- Communicate with in bound leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
- Communicate with outbound leads and potential partners through calls, texts, emails and in-person meetings
- Contact local businesses about sponsorship
- Provide an excellent onboarding experience
- Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
