Construction Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential construction projects across our tri-state service area. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients throughout project lifecycle Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving issues proactively Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment Prepare detailed project reports and documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects Proven track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from $2M to $20M Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Experience with retail, hospitality, or commercial tenant fit‑out projects preferred Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites in NJ, NY, and MA OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days) PMP or CCM certification is a plus Competitive salary based on experience ($90K - $130K) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Professional development and certification support Performance bonuses and profit sharing Latest technology and project management tools Collaborative team environment with growth opportunities Ready to Apply?
