Compensation $25 to $55 per session based on class size—more clients = more earnings! Competitive class pay with bonuses based upon performance. Referral bonuses (for bringing in new instructors). Excellent ability to multitask. Capability and interest in learning/growing with our expanding brand. Minimum but not required 1-year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness. Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, good display of leadership and public speaking skills. Great cueing, ability to communicate. Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
