Recruiter – Iowa Facility Opening in 2027 Be part of something big! Robinson Inc is opening a brand‑new manufacturing facility in Altoona, Iowa, set to open in early 2027. We’re looking for a recruiter to assist in all areas of staffing and recruitment, ensuring the staffing needs of both our production and office teams are met. Job Overview The Recruiter supports the hiring process by identifying, attracting, and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates for open positions. The role involves posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Responsibilities Post job openings on internal and external job boards. Source candidates, review resumes and screen applicants for basic qualifications. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Attend career fairs and recruitment events. Provide timely follow‑up and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure fairness and legal compliance during the interview and screening process. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices in recruitment and relevant labor laws. Utilize ATS, Teams, Skype, Microsoft Office and related technologies. Support other HR or recruiting projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong interest in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Preferred Skills Actively listens to understand the needs of the organization. Builds trust and rapport with all team members. Adapts and adjusts to conditions as part of success.
