Job Description

Used as a justification to showcase to expand teams operations. Get out of doing most of the administration. Old model is administrative based and transactional, now trying to move into executing on strategic goals and behind the teams recruitment activity.

4 Week training process.

Brining on coordinator to take on administrative tasks.

• I-9 Onboarding

• Set up interviews for team

• POC for Onboarding new team members

• Initiate I-9 verification

• Submit I-9 documents

• Obtain onboarding documents onboarding

• Set up equipment for onsite meetings for team

• Workflows for interns to FTEs

• Participate in Career Fair events

• Will have the opportunity to recruit on requisitions

• Coordinate interviews for Team (Workday and Outlook)

○ Workday for people leaders

○ Microsoft bookings for Calendar invites

The pay rate for this position will range between $19-$20/hr based off skillset and experience.
