Talent Acquisition Specialist - Bilingual

PRIMARY PURPOSE : The TA Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting using AI-enabled tools, data-driven insights, and sound human judgment to identify, assess, and hire high-quality talent efficiently, ethically, and effectively-while ensuring a fair, compliant, and human-centered hiring process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, using AI-enabled tools and recruiter judgment to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate selection criteria, and develop structured, skills-based hiring approaches.

• Use AI-assisted market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor insights to inform sourcing strategy and improve hiring outcomes.

• Configure and refine role profiles, screening criteria, outreach strategies, and interview workflows using approved AI-enabled recruiting tools.

• Using human and AI resources, direct sourcing activities, building targeted pipelines, and maintain proactive engagement with prospective candidates for priority and hard-to-fill roles.

• Review and validate AI-generated candidate recommendations, interview summaries, and assessment outputs; apply human judgment to all advancement and hiring decisions.

• Use AI-enabled tools to personalize candidate outreach, coordinate scheduling, streamline communications, and improve the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Advise on offer development using market data, internal guidelines, and AI-supported compensation insights; coordinate approvals and offer documentation.

• Maintain accurate recruiting data, workflow documentation, and disposition records within applicable systems and processes.

• Ensure appropriate human oversight, transparency, bias mitigation, and policy compliance across all AI-assisted recruiting activities.

• Comply with applicable employment laws, selection guidelines, privacy requirements, and company policies throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience

Four (4) years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience, including demonstrated success operating in high-volume, high-automation, and data-driven recruiting environments.

Experience using sourcing, pipelining, ATS, CRM, automation, and interview intelligence tools to drive recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience applying structured selection practices, recruiting analytics, and workflow discipline to improve hiring quality and consistency.

Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, employment-related compliance requirements, and audit or validation practices relevant to talent selection.

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to use AI-enabled tools, including large language model (LLM) applications such as Copilot, to improve sourcing, communication, workflow execution, and recruiter productivity.

• Skill in interpreting AI-generated outputs, identifying limitations or risks, and applying sound judgment before acting on recommendations.

• Knowledge of employment laws, structured selection practices, responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, transparency, explainability, and audit trail requirements.

• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing, automation, and interview intelligence platforms.

• Ability to personalize communications at scale while maintaining professional, authentic, and candidate-centered experience.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data, dashboards, and market insights to inform recruiting strategy and decision-making.

• Ability to maintain data quality, documentation standards, and compliance with governance requirements.

• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to meet or exceed Sedgwick Capabilities.
