RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO
El Representante de Servicio al Cliente Bilingüe es responsable de todos los aspectos del servicio al cliente en un entorno de centro de llamadas, incluidos, entre otros, el manejo de grandes volúmenes de llamadas entrantes de clientes, consultas de facturación, configuración de pagos de clientes y abordar todas las preguntas relacionadas con la cuenta.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Proporcionar información a nivel de cuenta a los clientes, incluidos, entre otros , saldos de cuentas, historiales de pagos, configuración de pagos y solicitudes de pago
Llamadas telefónicas de campo, correos electrónicos y solicitudes de chat
Manejar la correspondencia entrante, incluidas llamadas, correos electrónicos y chats, de manera eficiente para cumplir con los estándares de rendimiento
Investigar discrepancias en la cuenta, incluida la investigación de pagos
Completar las llamadas telefónicas de cobro para cumplir con los estándares de rendimiento requeridos
Confirmar y/o negociar acuerdos de pago
Mantener los objetivos establecidos para la morosidad, los embargos y las pérdidas netas
Investigue cualquier discrepancia en la cuenta del cliente
Manténgase informado de cualquier cambio en las políticas y procedimientos
Proporcionar una resolución oportuna de las quejas, inquietudes y consultas de los clientes
Demostrar las 3 P del servicio al cliente: Profesionalismo, Paciencia y tener una actitud de "Las personas primero"
Escalar problemas más complejos o difíciles a su líder de equipo
Demostrar la voluntad de trabajar en horarios flexibles, fines de semana y días festivos según sea necesario para satisfacer las necesidades comerciales
CALIFICACIONES
Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
Se prefiere un título de asociado o licenciatura en un campo relacionado o comparable. Se puede considerar una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente
Debe hablar inglés y español con fluidez

Conocimiento y experiencia en un entorno de centro de llamadas
Conocimiento de la industria crediticia y financiera
Excelente enfoque de servicio al cliente
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita

Potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance
Looking specifically for 10AM - 7PM hours
Starting at $23 hourly + up to 7.5% monthly incentive pay after first 90 days
