Field Service Technician

Field Service Technicians located across the district to optimize retailer coverage. Responsibilities Receive and accept service tickets. Complete preventative maintenance on all Intralot equipment. Diagnose hardware or software related issues. Repair or replace onsite equipment as needed. Install, move, and remove equipment. Report resolution actions and conclusion of visits to the call center. Operate company vehicle in a safe manner obeying all traffic laws and regulations. Always maintain an acceptable level of inventory for their vehicle. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and complete any maintenance requirements. Position Requirements Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical machinery. Problem-solving skills to address complex equipment issues independently. Customer service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships. Physical capability to handle equipment, lift heavy objects, and work in varied field conditions. High school diploma with technical experience.
