We're hiring Traveling Millwrights, Mechanical Installers, and Conveyor Technicians for long-term industrial projects across the country.If you have experience with millwright work, industrial maintenance, conveyor installation, mechanical construction, welding, fabrication, or equipment installation, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll Be Doing• Install and assemble industrial conveyor and material handling systems• Work with motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and mechanical equipment• Read blueprints and installation drawings• Assist with equipment alignment, rigging, and setup• Perform repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance• Complete basic welding and fabrication as needed• Safely operate hand tools and power tools• Travel to industrial facilities and project sites nationwideWhat We're Looking For• 2+ years of mechanical, millwright, industrial maintenance, construction, or installation experience• Conveyor, material handling, or industrial equipment experience preferred• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings• Comfortable working at heights• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills• Willingness to travel extensivelySchedule• 10 Days On / 4 Days Off• Typical first-shift hours• 20+ hours of overtime available weekly• 100% travel requiredWhy People Apply$30+/hr starting payDouble-time pay on SundaysConsistent overtime opportunitiesLong-term work with a growing organizationTravel schedule that allows extended time offStable projects and year-round opportunitiesAdvancement opportunities for dependable employeesThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of CEDAR RAPIDS, IA.The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
