Experienced candidates start at a $42,000.00 base salary and make up to $48,000.00 in commission on average, bringing total compensation to $90,000.00

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, understanding their insurance needs.
• Effectively communicate insurance product benefits and coverage options in both Spanish and English.
• Develop and present personalized insurance proposals to meet client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Illinois Property Casualty Insurance License required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A strong desire to help others and build lasting relationships.
• Comfort and proficiency using modern sales and communication technologies.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
