Quality Improvement Advisor II (Washington)

Quality Improvement Advisor (QIA) II – Remote (Must reside in Washington) Mountain Pacific is a nonprofit organization founded in 1973 in Montana that partners in communities to provide solutions for better health. Using federal, state and commercial funding and partnerships, we bring national public health priorities to the local, state or regional level, leveraging our staff’s expertise to advance better health and health‑care services. Responsibilities The full‑time remote QIA II will be the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities, including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services or products, and dispute resolution. The position is responsible for establishing and communicating clear expectations with the client, ensuring client expectations are met with a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15‑60% of the time.
• Target compensation for this position is $70,000 – $95,000 per year.
