Inside Sales: Sells via phone/online (Inside Sales Rep)

The Job involves selling products/services by finding leads, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and building customer relationships to meet revenue goals, requiring skills like communication, persistence, and product knowledge, often using software to manage prospects and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and qualify new sales leads, building a robust pipeline.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and close deals to meet/exceed targets.
• Utilize Allstate software to track and manage client data.

Requirements

• Must have strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, often requiring experience meeting sales targets, and self -motivation to drive results in fast-paced environments, with education varying from high school to a degree.
• Customer -focused, positive, and results-driven.
