What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff Oversee client services including onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Model The BAYADA Way, fostering a positive, team-oriented, and mission-driven culture What You Bring Required
