Multi-site HR Coordinator

Job Summary Senior colleague with experience who assists and advises colleagues with inquiries regarding general Human Resources policies and programs. Supports the HRBP with matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, labor negotiations and colleague relations for both current and future colleagues. Key Responsibilities Perform HR support duties for a medium sized facility and multiple small facilities. Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective action. Assist with the process of terminations. Assist with the preparation of the performance review process (annual cycle tasks, performance documentation, etc.). Submit online investigation requests and assist with background checks and onboarding of new colleagues. Generate ad‑hoc reports as requested and perform other related duties as assigned. Support colleagues in the benefit open enrollment process. Provide process improvement feedback to the HR Operations Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 3‑6 years of HR experience. Multi‑site HR experience preferred. Experience with union and non‑union facilities a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and various ERP systems. Experience using Workday (ATS and Timekeeping) is a plus. Compensation The pay range for this position is $21.78 – $37.12 per hour. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $28.00 to $31.00. Offers may vary based on market data and other factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short‑term incentive.
