About the Role We are looking for a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office team at Kimpton Hotel Monaco Baltimore Inner Harbor. You will manage the Front Office Team, providing training, coaching, and support. Communication with all departments is key to ensure customer satisfaction. You will resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential issues by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow, and associate performance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service. Qualifications & Experience Does this sound like you? You have a passion for our industry, set high expectations for customer service, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a hotel. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, strong problem-solving, and a dedication to providing excellent service to guests. IHG brand experience is a plus.
