Creative Marketing Intern

Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: Kim), North America’s largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets, is currently seeking Interns to join our collaborative, challenging, growth oriented team. We're seeking smart, driven candidates who are passionate about beginning a career in real estate. This Summer internship will involve working approximately 40 hours per week for a duration of approximately 8 weeks, with flexible start and end dates. Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $20 an hour. Creative Services & Content Development Create and edit graphics, flyers, digital ads, social media assets, and other branded marketing materials. Assist in developing visual concepts and creative solutions for digital, print, and property marketing campaigns. Produce and edit photography, video, and short-form content to support leasing, property, and corporate marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the creative team on design projects from concept through execution, including layout development, image selection, asset preparation, and production support. Explore and utilize AI-powered creative tools to support content production, design workflows, and campaign development. Help maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across marketing materials and communications. Marketing Support Support email marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Assist with leasing and property marketing materials, website content updates, and digital property listings. Gather, organize, and maintain marketing assets including photography, logos, aerials, site plans, and other brand resources. Conduct market, retailer, and property research to support marketing initiatives and presentations. Provide support across the broader Corporate Marketing team as needed.
