About the Role

\n

Automation Engineers / RPA Developers (UiPath) will design, build, and support enterprise automation workflows, develop RPA solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align automation efforts with business needs in a remote role with some travel to the Detroit, MI area.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Design, build, and support enterprise automation workflows across finance, underwriting, claims, and business operations
\n
• Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency
\n
• Automate business and operational processes across enterprise functions
\n
• Integrate APIs and cloud-based services into automation workflows
\n
• Support document-processing and workflow automation initiatives
\n
• Collaborate with architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders to align automation efforts with business needs
\n
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
\n
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
\n
• 2–5+ years of hands-on automation engineering experience
\n

\n

\n

Required Skills

\n

\n

\n
• Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (UiPath is Required)
\n
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and/or .NET/C#
\n
• Experience consuming and integrating APIs
\n
• SQL/database experience
\n
• Exposure to business operations and workflow automation
\n
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
\n

Preferred Skills

\n

\n

\n
• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus
\n
• Experience supporting Office of CFO or finance operations is a plus
\n
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
\n
• Experience with document-processing workflows is a plus
\n
• Exposure to machine learning or AI-enabled automation is a plus
