Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Hard Selling or any related Sales roles. Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively. High emotional intelligence and resilience in handling customer rejections. Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. Attitude: Results-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused.
