Today we are looking for an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at Arbors at Eastland Apartments in Bloomington, IL. This market rate community consists of 437 total units and offers incredible commission potential! See for yourself below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
We have always focused on hiring for character and training for skill! If you are looking to transition from: serving tables, bartending, hospitality, customer service, retail, real estate, or sales, this could be the stepping stone needed to launch a long-term career in property management!
Schedule: Monday - Friday either 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm and every other Saturday 10am-4pm. Full Time/Year Round work with an awesome company!
Compensation, Benefits & Perks!
- $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
- Eligible for Monarch's Commission Structure

- Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours

- 3 week paid sabbatical every 5 years with Monarch or 2 weeks' pay bonus (Stay Bonus)
