Sales Support Specialist: Design Mockups, Quotes & CRM Ops

As a Sales Support Specialist at Range Leather, your day-to-day will involve a mix of creative and operational work that keeps our custom sales process running smoothly. You’ll create digital mockups in Adobe Illustrator — both initial concepts for inbound leads and design revisions based on customer feedback. You’ll also process orders, build quotes, and independently manage a portion of inbound leads from first contact through to conversion. Day-to-day you’ll maintain accurate records across Google Sheets, Pipedrive CRM, and QuickBooks, coordinate with our production team on order status, and run daily reports on shipped and unpaid orders. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable refining a digital design in Illustrator as they are organizing a pipeline in a CRM, and who takes pride in being the backbone of a high-performing sales team.
