Customer Service Representative Provide an unrivaled Customer Experience Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s. Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of. Other duties as assigned. This role's pay range is between $21.53/hr - $32.30/hr (based on location). This role is also eligible for bonus.
