If you are interested in this Assistant Operations I position, please contact Milos Pavlovic at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io Assistant Operations I Compensation The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Assistant Operations I Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (3rd shift) In-person interviews are required Physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 lbs) Assistant Operations I Responsibilities Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment Maintain clean and organized warehouse stock areas Perform physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts Assist with packing, shipping, and tracking of medication orders Ensure accurate shipment tracking and report delivery issues Organize daily shipping reports for management review Receive non-pharmaceutical inventory via receiving dock Support inventory control, including purchasing, tracking, and reconciliation Maintain proper pharmaceutical stock levels and manage returns per SOP guidelines Operate MS Word and Excel for documentation and tracking Follow direction from pharmacist and supervisory staff Assistant Operations I Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year warehouse experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, typing, data entry) Ability to operate pallet jack (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Attendance required for first 90 days Starting 6/1/26: Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician License required (trainee license acceptable) Assistant Operations I Preferred Qualifications Pharmacy or healthcare warehouse experience Experience with shipping, logistics, or national carriers Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments If you think this Assistant Operations I position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting! *aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
