Community Job Coach Empower Independence

Kulanu Academy is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based employment. This role emphasizes compassionate coaching, patient guidance, and empowerment to reach independence.
The position requires travel to job sites, on-the-job training, and maintaining documentation in accordance with OPWDD guidelines. Schedule is M-Th 8:30a-4:30p and Fri 8:30a-1:30p, with pay of $42,000 per year.
