Job Duties

The Community Housing Director, under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, will oversee the day to day operations of the residential services at apartments in Gainesville and Demorest Georgia.

• Completes behavioral health assessments, authorizations and treatment plans for individuals in the housing program.


• Bill for services, as needed.


• Documents services provided in the electronic medical record.


• Ensure reporting and reimbursements are submitted in a timely manner.


• Ensure targets are met for the housing contact requirements.


• Write and obtain grants needed to ensure HUD funding is secured and implemented.


• Must have strong written and oral communication skills


• Serves as backup for all roles in the Community Housing Program

Qualifications:

Must have full clinical license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) with a minimum of 3 years post licensure experience. Will provide both clinical and administrative oversight of the services provided at these residential sites. On-call 24/7.

Grant writing experience is a plus.

Salary/Compensation: $85,000 per year
