5 weeks of paid time off annually: (200 hours PTO, 2 service days)
10 paid holidays annually
40 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) and up to $2500/year

Membership for up to two professional organizations or societies directly related to the practitioner’s specialty (cost up to $1000), payment for DEA renewal, and medical license fee
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Graduate from an approved Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant school
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certificate
Valid Registered Nurse license
Valid Arizona Advanced Practice license
Valid DEA certificate
Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques
Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public
Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations)
Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations.
