Role Overview As a Customer Experience Associate, your main goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service at the checkout, ensuring a positive experience for every Meijer customer. Excellent communication skills, both in person and virtually. Willingness to learn and adapt to job‑specific technologies. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive mindset. A genuine desire to assist customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
