Overview Bearbottom Clothing is a rapidly growing, e-commerce men’s fashion brand on a mission to become the go-to for the most versatile, comfortable, and wearable everyday clothing. Founded on a buy-one-give-one model, we leverage the support of our passionate customers to donate a meal to a child in need for every item we sell. Title: E-Commerce Associate Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to manage and optimize our website in Shopify with the goal of improving the customer experience and driving sales. We are a team of self-starters with collaborative workstyles, so an adaptive and entrepreneurial personality is a must. Responsibilities Recommend, implement, and maintain site enhancements utilizing Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools to improve user experience and interaction Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies by A/B testing and implementing custom coding changes as needed Execute product launches, collaborating closely with marketing to curate assets in a timely manner Evaluate and implement relevant 3rd party Shopify apps and partnerships Manage 3rd party photo studio for website photos including, color correction, styling, etc. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve site experience Audit the site for ADA compliance, ensuring compliance and accessibility for all users This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will train directly with them Who You Are Digitally savvy with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills Extremely detail oriented Passionate about e-commerce and fashion Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Creative, well-written, with an eye for good design and detail Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines Minimum Qualifications 2-3 years of relevant e-commerce experience, Shopify mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field Previous demonstrable practical use of AI Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs Familiarity with HTML/CSS Belief in our mission to support the communities that inspire and build our brand Bonus Points Strong UX/UI abilities and understanding Experience working in an e-commerce start-up/D2C brand Familiarity with Air visual workspace Hybrid work environment Competitive compensation, health, and dental insurance Company-paid holidays, vacation, sick, and personal days #J-18808-Ljbffr
