This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on supporting early childhood students within an elementary caseload. Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Certification (SPED Cert required; dual certification not needed)
• Experience with early childhood and/or elementary-age students preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to individualized student support

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and intervention to meet IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education programs
• Monitor student progress and modify instructional strategies as needed
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
