What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end program execution for new and existing business, ensuring successful launches across the full product lifecycle Serve as the primary customer interface , building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to support on‑time, on‑budget delivery Champion the Product Realization Process (PRP) and engineering change management (PCR/ECN), ensuring smooth transitions from design through production Oversee APQP, PPAP, and production readiness activities to support successful new product introductions Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies , keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones Maintain and drive accountability through open issue tracking, ownership alignment, and resolution timelines Support prototype and production engineering requests , ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities Lead and mentor team members, helping build a high‑performing program team aligned with business growth objectives Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program execution and scalability as the business grows What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in program management, project engineering, or manufacturing environments , with exposure to new product launches Strong understanding of cross‑functional program execution in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented setting Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills with the ability to influence at all levels Experience with APQP/PPAP, engineering change processes, or similar structured product development frameworks Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic environment Exposure to mentoring, coaching, or leading team members is a plus Must meet ITAR compliance requirements Why This Role Stands Out Direct impact on new business wins and product launches Opportunity to work on innovative, high‑visibility programs Join a company in active growth mode with strong leadership support Clear path for career advancement and leadership development Collaborative, fast‑moving environment where your contributions are highly visible #J-18808-Ljbffr Ingenium Talent
