Lead Our Contact Dermatitis Initiative! Our organization is in search of a Director to spearhead and expand our Contact Dermatitis Program.

Role Overview:

• Oversee and enhance clinical services within the Contact Dermatitis Program, which serves as a referral clinic for individuals dealing with dermatitis and occupational skin issues.
• Collaborate closely with the esteemed Chair of Dermatology.

About Our Dermatology Department:

• A comprehensive practice and a primary teaching site for the Harvard Combined Dermatology Residency Program.
• Comprises a team of 17 physicians, 6 nurse practitioners, a Mohs fellow, and two Dermatology NP trainees.
• Welcoming the inaugural class of medical students at the new regional medical campus.
• Features a robust high-risk skin cancer program.
• Operates a busy Mohs surgery service.
• Hosts the only Hansen's Disease clinic in the New England region.
• Has a dedicated inpatient consultative dermatology team.
• Offers a comprehensive phototherapy unit.
• Includes specialty programs addressing a variety of conditions such as cutaneous lymphoma, contact dermatitis, immunobullous diseases, hidradenitis suppurativa, rheumatology-dermatology, infectious dermatology, hair loss, transgender medicine, and cosmetic dermatology.

Facility Locations:

• Burlington, MA: A brand new, state-of-the-art facility spanning 17,300 sq ft.
• Peabody, MA (North Shore): Offers comprehensive general dermatology, Mohs surgery, and phototherapy services.
• Lexington, MA: The first cosmetic surgery center in the greater Boston area affiliated with a major academic medical institution.
• Lynnfield, MA: A newly constructed building at Lynnfield Market, featuring over 80 shops and restaurants, providing general dermatology and cosmetic services.

About Our Medical Center:

• A 370-bed tertiary care facility located in Burlington, MA.
• In partnership with the regional medical school campus.
• Situated just north of Boston, offering access to excellent educational institutions, a wealth of cultural activities, and convenient proximity to both mountains and the coast.

About Our Health System:

• Our health system was formed through the merger of Lahey Health with four other hospital organizations.
• We are the second-largest employer in Massachusetts, with a workforce of 35,000 individuals.
• Operate over 200 care locations, including 13 hospitals and 5 ambulatory surgery centers.
• Employ approximately 4,300 physicians, including 840 primary care doctors managing 1.3 million patients.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts is required.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $400,000.00 - $450,000.00 USD

The listed salary range represents the anticipated annual base salary for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geographic location, productivity, job responsibilities, and other applicable legal factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also qualify for performance-based incentives, which could include bonuses for productivity and quality.
