IDD Lvn IIIHot JobLSC - Stephenville - Stephenville, TX 76401Salary Range $23.00 - $27.30 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Travel Percentage Regularly Category Health CareSalary is on a tier scale depending on Experience.Providing nursing services in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) programs including but not limited to:Physical AssessmentsTreatment planningTimely documentationCoordination of medical treatmentsMedication administrationMonitoring of health status of individualsTeaching and assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Home and Community Based (HCS)Texas Home Living Waiver (TxHmL) and Intermediate Care for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ICF-IDD) programsUnderstanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of trauma, and an ability to work in a behavioral environment where staff convey dignity, respect, hopefulness, and the opportunity for choice and empowerment among consumersAfter hours and weekend on-call work required.Licensed to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in Texas.Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities preferredMust be at least 18 years of ageHave a Texas driver's licenseHave a good driving record for the past three yearsHave a valid auto insurance card.PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Must be able to pass a job related physical. Able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, lift 25 pounds and reach overhead.
