WORK FROM HOME

This remote position is available to candidates who reside in Florida and are available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Candidates must be available to work occasional overtime, including evenings and some weekends, based on business needs. You must have a home office setup including a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection. A minimum of 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote or virtual environment is required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Remote Sales Representative at TaxRise, you’ll have what every salesperson dreams of: a steady stream of warm, qualified leads coming to you. Our industry-leading marketing generates same-day inbound calls from clients who are actively seeking solutions to their tax challenges. Your pay is directly tied to your performance — no commission cap. Base Pay: $15.00 per hour (full-time, 40 hours per week). Industry-Leading Leads: Warm, same-day inbound calls from clients actively seeking help Access to advanced tools and analytics that make closing efficient and data-driven Training & Development: Receive comprehensive onboarding, sales training, and ongoing coaching designed to help you master our process and maximize your earnings Career Growth: Join one of the fastest-growing companies in the tax resolution industry with clear paths for advancement Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals Program Evaluation: Review client-provided documents and system data (including transcripts, wage records, and prior tax returns) to recommend customized resolution programs Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience CRM Documentation: Accurately record client interactions and financial information to ensure seamless communication across teams Performance-Driven Results: Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence, organization, and continuous improvement Proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum 3 years) Highly motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable managing high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting Proficiency with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred) Experience in debt settlement or other financial hardship sales environments Background in high-volume inbound sales with a consistent track record of performance Strong B2C sales experience with the ability to build trust and close effectively over the phone Need constant supervision or motivation to stay productive Struggle with accountability or performance-based goals Prefer a low-volume sales environment Are uncomfortable discussing sensitive financial matters with clients Have a history of frequent job changes or inconsistent sales performance Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (starting after 60 days) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Access to our on-site gym and gaming lounge At TaxRise, our mission is simple yet impactful: to revolutionize the way taxpayers navigate their tax challenges.
