Position Summary

A top-tier quick-service restaurant (QSR) location generating $2.9M+ in annual sales in La Grange, GA is seeking an experienced General Manager . This role oversees full store P&L, drive-thru speed and quality, team development, and operational standards.

Mandatory Qualification

• Hamburger University (HU) Certification: Candidates must hold an official HU Certification / General Manager Capstone completion. Applicants without proof of HU certification will be automatically disqualified.

Key Responsibilities

• P&L Management: Manage full store financials ($2.9M+ volume), control food waste/variance, optimize labor relative to hourly sales, and drive overall profitability.
• Operational Leadership: Maintain brand standards for drive-thru speed, order accuracy, guest service, and cleanliness using brand evaluation and auditing tools.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage department leaders and shift supervisors, fostering a strong culture to improve team retention.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety regulations (ServSafe), health department codes, and internal audit requirements.
• Equipment & Tech Operations: Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance schedules, POS systems, and store technology platforms.

Requirements

• Active Hamburger University (HU) Certification (REQUIRED)
• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR
• Proven track record managing a $2.5M+ annual sales volume location
• Active ServSafe Manager Certification
• Open availability across mornings, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong experience in scheduling software, inventory management, and POS systems

  Base Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (Up to $70,000 for candidates with long-standing, active Hamburger University certification and extensive brand experience)
