Overview
Registered Nurse – Progressive Care / Stepdown / Telemetry (PCU) in Pocatello, Idaho. Start date 08/31/2026 for a travel assignment lasting several weeks. Shift: 3×12-hour nights. Weekly pay: $1,803–$1,950. Unit size: 24-bed Progressive Care/Stepdown Telemetry (PCU/IMC) with telemetry in an inpatient setting. Accepts first-time travelers; 100-mile radius rule applies. Active RN licensure in the state or a current compact license is required at submittal. Orientation will be provided on-site.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adults and geriatrics on the PCU/IMC with telemetry monitoring; interpret dysrhythmias.
- Administer and monitor cardiac and vasoactive medications per protocol (no titration required).
- Non-invasive airway management; BIPAP/CPAP experience; central and peripheral line care.
- Administer blood products; participate in rapid response and code events; follow isolation precautions.
- Document in Epic; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a state with nurse licensure compact; license in hand at submittal.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience; PCU/telemetry background preferred; typical patient ratio 1:4.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- Education: RN degree (ASN/ADN or BSN).
- Ability to work the 3×12-hour night schedule in an inpatient PCU/IMC setting; able to complete onboarding requirements; 100-mile radius rule.
