Summary:

• Provides advanced administrative/secretarial support to the executive.
• Manages schedules by screening telephone calls, coordinating meetings and appointments, and recording travel arrangements.
• Prepares correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc. as instructed. Performs other administrative and secretarial functions as required.
• Greets and directs visitors and team members.
• Maintains the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Required: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
• Preferred: Associate degree

Experience:

• Required: 2 years of Administrative Support
• Preferred: Executive Assistant experience

Location: Morton Plant Foundation

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
