Route Service Manager - UniFirst Location Tucson, Arizona Job ID 2602743 Job Title Route Service Manager UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver to multiple customers per day—from small family‑owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for their location. Responsibilities Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team's level of achievement in customer satisfaction Collaborate closely with the location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs Negotiate customer contract renewals Qualifications Business savvy and enjoys innovative ways to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction within a UniFirst location Results‑driven relationship manager who isn’t afraid to roll up sleeves and help the team and the customer Enjoys working with a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors to develop in their role Individuals who drive personal vehicles for business purposes must comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst standards High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred Prior customer service experience Ability to problem solve and handle a variety of customer service situations Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team Strong computer proficiency (MS Office) Excellent verbal & written communication skills 21 years of age Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in the state of residence Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds Benefits 401K with Company Match, Profit Sharing, Health Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Direct Payroll Deposit, Tuition Reimbursement, 30% Employee Discount, Employee Referral Bonuses EEO Statement UniFirst is an equal‑opportunity employer.
