Role Description
SupportFinity is seeking experienced professionals in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales for a unique advisory role. This is not a full-time or part-time position, but an opportunity to contribute strategic insights and become a valued partner.
Advisors will shape our technology direction and champion SupportFinity to potential customers, sharing in our success through revenue sharing and equity. Own a piece of SupportFinity and drive its growth.
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential strategic partners or customers.
- Share market intelligence and competitive insights to inform our product roadmap.
- Provide strategic guidance on recruitment technology and talent acquisition best practices.
- Offer insights to enhance SupportFinity's platform features and user experience.
- Actively promote SupportFinity within your professional network and to potential clients.
- Contribute innovative ideas to align our technology with market needs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or SaaS Sales leadership.
- Deep understanding of current recruitment technologies and talent market trends.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business or strategic opportunities.
- Experience in advising or consulting roles is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and contributing to a growing technology platform.
- Existing network within the HR tech or SaaS sales community is highly desirable.
