About the Role We’re hiring a Program Manager for a high-ownership role focused on driving cross-functional programs, solving execution bottlenecks, and bringing structure to fast-moving business priorities. What You’ll Do Drive execution of high-priority cross-functional programs across teams Build roadmaps, trackers, and operating cadences to ensure smooth execution Coordinate stakeholders, unblock dependencies, and solve operational bottlenecks Support strategic initiatives through research, problem-solving, and implementation Create visibility through updates, dashboards, and progress reporting Bring process discipline and structure into a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For 0–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, consulting, founder’s office, or similar roles Strong ownership and comfort with ambiguity Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-through Ability to structure problems, build plans, and independently drive outcomes Strong attention to detail with a good understanding of the larger business context #J-18808-Ljbffr Grapevine
