Accounting Manager (Irvine, CA | Onsite)

What You'll Do

• Own the month-end and year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Oversee AP/AR operations while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
• Manage cash activity , vendor payments, and customer receivables
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Identify and implement process improvements across systems and workflows

What You Bring

• 8-10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership
• Strong background in general ledger and close processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics or similar preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes
• Public accounting or M&A exposure is a plus
