You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and support visitor, vendor, and delivery procedures in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Access control and badge experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
