Hybrid Insurance Accounting Manager - Captives & Reserves

Ventas, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Insurance Accounting to lead accounting, reporting, and analysis of the company’s insurance programs, including captive and master policies. This role owns GAAP-compliant close and reporting, strengthening controls and building scalable insurance accounting processes.
