Strategic Account Manager - Louisiana and Mississippi

AbbVie seeks a Strategic Account Manager to represent SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands across Louisiana and Mississippi. The role involves field-based direct sales of physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing equipment to aesthetic practitioners, with emphasis on achieving sales quotas and executing marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote SkinMedica portfolio, DiamondGlow, and Latisse brands to aesthetic customers throughout assigned territory
  • Execute direct sales of physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing equipment while managing pull-through programs and customer events
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas for skincare, consumables, and equipment through consultative selling and marketing plan execution
  • Educate customers on device and product features via individual and group presentations; manage customer relationships and territory development
  • Manage field assets, expense budgeting, and computer resources while maintaining compliance with company policies and timely corporate reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B2C environments
  • Aesthetics sales background or skincare company experience highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel with 50 lbs lifting capacity
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and proven selling abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal and contract negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and sales reporting software
