The associate will work closely with the Construction partners who represent a wide variety of clients in complex, large‑dollar construction disputes. The ideal candidate will love being in the courtroom and have the ability to cover hearings and depositions independently. This is a great opportunity to become an integral member of a dynamic construction litigation practice where one can gain responsibility, client interaction, and trial experience. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. Candidate must have relevant complex litigation experience, ideally with a focus on Construction matters.
