Client Service Associate

To support a growing wealth operations team, the full-time Senior Client Service Associate will deliver exceptional client service, manage client relationships, and oversee administrative duties in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships for retention and manage new client implementation processes Maintain client files and compile quarterly asset values for billing and invoicing Participate in client meetings and support action items while leading and training new associates Required qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of client service experience or related business experience in the financial services industry Wealth management experience preferred
