Director, Operations

We are looking for a Director of Operations to oversee and lead our teams. We are looking for a structured, disciplined, and charismatic leader who has experience with upscale, full-service and multi-concept organizations.

Director of Operations Leadership Style:

Visible: Present in the restaurants and strong connection with the teams
Accountability: Ability to set clear expectations with strong follow-through
Strategic and hands-on: Able to move easily between big-picture strategy and restaurant-level realities
Low ego: Builds strong leaders rather than becoming the center of every decision
Direct: Comfortable having difficult conversations and challenging ideas constructively
Adaptable: Effective across different cultures, personalities, markets and business models

Director of Operations Benefits:

Very competitive salary

Director of Operations Experience & Qualifications:

5+ years of Director of Operations experience
Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
Experience with multiple concepts and brands
Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
International operations
New restaurant opening experience and restaurant turnarounds

Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Lead and strengthen the Management Teams
Improve restaurant-level performance and profitability
Create great accountability and follow-through
Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and execution
