Snowflake Data Architect Location: Peoria, IL Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year. At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 5 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and data engineering. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, data modeling, and data engineering. Designing and implementing Snowflake data warehouses and data lakes. Expertise in Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and resource management. Proficiency in Snowflake security features (RBAC, masking policies, row-level security). Integration with external tools via Snowflake connectors and APIs. Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch). Experience with SnapLogic, ACE, or similar integration platforms. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in cloud environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
